The staff is friendly and the area has great places to eat but the wall outside the bathroom was soft with water and I didn't sleep well because I could hear trucks all night. I have stayed here several times before and I think there was an issue with the window frame in my room.

The people who checked me in and out were great. Very nice ladies! I will say though that my room smelled TERRIBLE. It was so bad that I had to put car air fresheners in the AC vent so it could spread the scent around the room. Im not sure if the AC vents need to be cleaned or what, but it did not smell good at all. The air freshener helped with the smell though. The phone in the room was literally disgusting. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in YEARS. It was sticky and had a bunch of stuff on it that I was literally scared to touch it again. After the smell and the dirtiness of the phone, I was just cringing the entire night and was scared to even get in the beds. But the beds turned out to be alright. The breakfast in the morning was really good though. In conclusion, I think I just didn’t luck out when it came to the room I got because the service and the people were great. My room just made me feel dirty. Not sure if that room was cleaned properly before I arrived.

The hotel is in the back of a plaza of hotels. We've been there at least 3 times. It's a little smaller with an easy entrance from the side. Free breakfast is hot and simple.

The proxy to our room was not working and eveeytime we went out and came back, we have to see the front desk. We have asked the front desk agent to either change the battery or changing the room. He neither able to fix the door nor no room to swap as the front desk agent said it was sold out. We have paid for the service which was not even to the standard. Hence we are requesting to get a full refund for the room we didn't properly used and enjoy it. Thank you

In Chicago to attend a few events and was greeting at front desk by M J. Very beautiful person with a beautiful smile. She expressed her enjoymet working there and it showed. The degree of custoner service she exhibited was superb. Sleep Inn has a hidden jewel in her and she should be commended. My next visit I will return there

Comfortable and convenient

Located in a hotel complex close to Midway. The airport shuttle is convenient for several hotels and eateries in the same complex. Walkable to nearby dining options too. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had good water pressure for the hot water. Breakfast was a nice variety of hot and cold foods. Staff was very nice and helpful. Don't understand the daily parking fee since it's open parking lot shared with other hotels.
