This was my second stay here, and I remain pleased by it. I'll admit there's nothing that's outstanding, but it ticks the boxes I need it to tick for a trip like this: not too pricy; rooms are clean and comfortable; water pressure's good; etc. The one oddity in our room was that there was no hand-soap to be found anywhere in the room. One had to duck into the bathroom and squirt a handful of body wash if one wanted hand soap!

I've stayed here twice, the night before an early morning flight. It's easy to get to, and while they have a shuttle, it's also a quick walk to the multi-modal center where you can catch the tram to all of the terminals. It's also close to a few restaurants, but the Harry Caray on-site restaurant and bar is good and the staff is very friendly.

Great location! Very clean and friendly staff. Bathroom in room was clean as it could be due to the water leaking from shower. Paint was pealing and floor was showing water damage. I realized why when I stepped out of the shower and the floor mat was soaked and there was standing water. This obviously has happened frequently.

First time at Sonesta and it was a great experience. Professional staff, good security features, and reasonable priced parking for O’Hare. Only issue is the bathroom lacks an exhaust fan. Showerhead was awesome. Would stay here again no problem.

Unfortunately, the "blow" direction of the A/C vent was right into the pillow area of the bed. So, keeping the A/C on, meant having to cover your head in order not to get aire blown on you all night. :/

Close to the airport and perfectly ok for a night rest after flying. Nice restaurant at the facility. I am not sure why they charge a “resort fee” of 22 dollars at checking in. The place is closer to a business hotel than a resort. In fact, it’s miles away from a resort.

Conveniently located to see a show at All State. Affordable. Queen Deluxe is a great option when traveling with 2 or more to have two queens separated by a door — although the bathroom is in the isolated bedroom. Staff was friendly and it was also nice to have a Harry Caray’s on site though it closes pretty early for a hotel bar / restaurant!
