Hilton Staff were very helpful. Expedia made a serious error in our reservation process, Tru Hilton Staff fixed it twice. Service, rooms, accommodations, amenities, response above and beyond to help us with a few forgotten items like laptop charger were much appreciated. Very clean, organized, hot breakfast with broad variety. Repeat group visit from 2024. we'll be back with more folks next year. lots of space, parking, room for activity with groups, billiards, workouts, pool, basic RNR and even getting some quiet work and a zoom mtg accomplished. Pleasant, bright, cherry, responsive staff, Well done, especially nigh staff and Desiree at the desk, along with housekeeping. They made a very physical weekend (we were helping Samaritans Purse RDC pack tens of thousands of boxes) relaxing and

Great family stay!

We had to make a short trip out to Naperville for our new adopted dog, so we made it into a family trip. The room was a little snug with the four of us, but so worth it for the great amenities and breakfast. We loved the lobby area! Thank you for keeping it kid friendly with the pool table, games, coloring, and hot cocoa. Plenty of space for us to hang out.

First of all seemed like a teenage hangout, someone was loud all night in our area. The staff at check-in seemed very dismissive and like she did not want to be there. Not welcoming at all. The room was great. Toiletries in the restroom were great. Shower was nice and hot. Bed was good too. Breakfast was terrible though. No good options. They were out of coffee too. We just ended up leaving and stopping to get something. I would probably stay here again if I had to but would not count on customer service or a hot breakfast.

The best hotel in Town

We TRUly enjoyed our stay here. The room is spot less. Hallways are always clean and smelling good all day, friendly staff, and alot of dining options around the area. The toiletries provided are of good quality - doesn’t dry your skin and makes your hair soft too. The bed and blankets are comfortable. Also, the Chicago Premium Outlet is only a few minutes away if you like to do some shopping. We will definitely come back to this hotel!
