Check in was super easy and they even have a bag check so if you arrive before Check-in you can go walk the city without having to bring your luggage everywhere. The concierge was very friendly and he even remembered my name after coming back to check in once our room was ready. The staff who cleans the rooms was very friendly as well and always said hello/good morning. We would recommend the Wade to any of our friends and family who visit Chicago! Very easy walk to the Navy Pier and the beach and just a few blocks from the Magnificent Mile.

The hotel is in a perfect location with the best views of the city and lake. It’s super close to Navy pier and lots of dining/entertainment options. Short walk to the riverwalk and other attractions.

If you're going to rest, you can't. The elevators make a terrible noise 24/7. I can't wait to get to the airport to sleep during the flight to Florida.

Disappointed Stay

The Best part of staying here was the Lakeview and short walk to Navy Pier. The Hotel service and food could have been better for first time guests like ourselves. Also, the toilet kept running the entire time until my boyfriend fixed it. The Cleaning staff were helpful and pleasant.

Great view if you can see out your dirty window!

No soap or body wash in bathroom. Had a lake view room but the window was so dirty on the outside it ruined the view. The mattress was absolutely disgusting! The market/pantry was a joke. Not much for amenities other than the cold pool and gym. Gym was very well appointed.
