This site was well taken care of. Very quiet. The mall was within walking distance, the restaurants were able to be walked to. It was over all a great safe stay. Only had an issue parking one night and had to park behind another hotel

Absolutely no complaints. It's literally across the street from the mall , near plenty of restaurants and 4 mins from great wolf lodge. Clean, quiet, great service. great options for breakfast. Check in/check out was quick and easy! Will definitely return.

Front Door was Closed for construction with no war

When we arrived we were promptly checked in and headed down to the pool. When I complain about how much debris, hair, and dirt were on the bottom of this pool I'm taking the time to write a review about it. The size of that pool would take 20 mins to vacuum. On the second day of our trip they started ripping up the flooring which immediately blocked off the front desk and exit with no real warning or heads up. Our room itself needed to be dusted and the shower itself needed a little bit more TLC.

Staff was amazingly nice and attentive. The only issue i would say would be that they may need to add more water heaters as the water didn't get hot enough when the hotel had a lot of bookings. But the moment that there wasn't too filled yhe water did get hot.

The stay was ok the hotel is going threw construction so some areas was cut off I wish the breakfast time was a little longer I got there at 9:30 and everything was cleaned up but they allowed me to get some apple juice for the machine in over all it was ok

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Staff was very friendly. Didn’t have a lot of interaction after check in, but every time we encountered one they were friendly. Hotel was clean, but definitely run down, could use a face lift. Could tell you used to be able to smoke in there, hallways had a bit of an odor.
