Hotel was clean. Staff very friendly. Parking was abundant and super easy. Room was huge and clean. Definitely a good choice when you’re heading to Lassen NP.

Room was clean; beds and pillows comfortable; room temp was comfortable; good breakfast options, ease of making reservation and check out. Location was great. Very quiet. We did not use the free WIFI because rather than just being given a password to allow a guest to connect, you had to fill in a questionnaire to join a membership first.

Impressed!

The property was in a great location and also a safe location. Downtown was only a quick few minutes drive and I liked that it was out of the hustle and noises of downtown. Safe, well-lit parking lot with plenty of parking. Property itself is very updated, modern, clean and the rooms are exceptionally large. The room had electronic black out shades (which was very nice), a bar/fridge area with bar sink, sofa and a large desk. Bathroom was modern and large as well and had sliding doors that also had a blackout application so when someone uses the bathroom at night it blocks out the light into the room to those that are sleeping. TV was large and on a mount where you could swivel in all different directions of the room so you could watch if you were in bed or sitting on the sofa. Enjoyed our stay and we will be back.
