The gîte is ideally located between the Beauce region and the Orléans Forest, just 15 km from Pithiviers. The village lies between two rivers, the Œuf and the Laye du Sud. A hiking trail starting from the Château de Chamerolles allows you to explore the Orléans Forest, the largest national forest in France. It is one of the villages in the Loiret department awarded the "Towns and Villages in Bloom" label.
Numerous activities are possible: visit the Promenade des Parfums museum at the Château de Chamerolles, swim at the Aquanova aquatic center, attend a show, take a scenic flight over the region, or enjoy a walk or bike ride.
Nearby, don't miss: the Maison du Père Mousset, the Château de Denainvilliers, the Roseraie de Morailles on the Route de la Rose (Rose Route), the Arboretum des Grandes Bruyères, and the Château de Courcelles-le-Roi.
Whether you're traveling for business or looking for a relaxing getaway, the gîte is the ideal starting point for a stay combining comfort, nature, and heritage! On the ground floor, there's a living room with a dining area (including a TV and Wi-Fi) and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (no separate lounge area), a semi-open shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (120x190 cm), and three smaller bedrooms, each with a single bed (120x190 cm). Each bedroom has a television and headphones, as well as a private and secure storage space in the hallway opposite the bedroom.
Air conditioning is available throughout the cottage. There is a shared entrance, a shared unfenced garden, and a private terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture.
Three parking spaces are available in front of the property.

The price includes: bed linen, beds made upon arrival, and heating. End-of-stay cleaning is available as an option for €50 per stay. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Check-in is from 6:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
