It is located in Pyrgi, in South Chios, a medieval village of the so-called Mastichohoria. The current owner Avgoustinos Fytilis, a descendant of the first residents of this house since 1780, renovated it creating 2 independent apartments, preserving their aesthetic and functional architecture.
We look forward to welcoming you as friends who come to relax on the island of Mastic and Homer, to take in the sights, smells and tastes of this place.
* Pyrgi is a settlement with history, starting before the 10th century. It has been added to the representative list of UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. It is 25 km from the town of Chios, about 3 km from the Mastic Museum and 5 km from the famous beaches of Mavra Volia and Foki.
