Good evening, I had a noisy disturbed night. There was a connecting door to another room and the occupant shouted loudly into his phone for several calls. Also the noise of planes constantly taking off made it impossible to sleep until late and although I had to set an alarm for 5.00 am I was woken before then by the noise. Also the room was cluttered with an extra bed I did not require. I have stayed before at the Hampton Stansted Airport and had no noise. Kind regards Pauline

Ok for one night airport stop over

Car park very busy on arrival but able to find a space , had checked in prior to arrival which stated “ for a smooth check in “ receptionist couldn’t find booking which took a while to find so wasn’t a smooth check in after all . Room very dated but clean , was not expecting room to be so drab
