Terrible experience

Firstly, this hotel is not connected to the airport regardless what they advertise on hotels.com. it is a taxi ride away, it took me 15 minutes in a taxi from domestic arrivals to get there. I expect it would take a little less for International arrivals. Either way, it's a lie and it's not connected to the airport in any way whatsoever. I got to check in and was told they didn't have my booking, I spent 30 minutes on my phone communicating with Hotels.com customer service trying to sort it out. I was left with the only option of paying for a room directly at the hotel because I hadn't paid for the room when i booked it which was lucky. In all honesty, I was happy. The hotel is old, dirty and smelly. Very dated.
