Amazing breakfast buffet. Worth coming just for that. The rooms are very good. The only down side is the air is dry - but that’s probably a Christchurch thing.

Hotel room was very clean, staff was great, however, there is a lot of local construction projects, Jackhammers started at 7am and did not stop until 7pm. This may change in the future.

The inability of staff being able to efficiently check in 2 customers on Sunday afternoon was very annoying. It took over 20 minutes for 2 staff to check in 2 guests while I waited simply to collect my luggage - something which only required a minute of attention. When there is a backlog of people waiting it's probably not a good idea to be trying to sell guests on the hotel's loyalty programme.
