Located 1 street away from Hagley park, come explore the Botanical Gardens, Avon River walk and a great array of eateries on offer.

Ground floor offers the Living room, Dining area, Full Kitchen and access to the outdoor courtyard which faces North West for beautiful afternoon sunshine. The 1st floor (A flight of stairs to be climbed) contains a full tiled bathroom with shower and bidet toilet, and both bedrooms boasting a spacious room with comfortable beds on offer.

The property comes with full kitchen facilities to enjoy home cooked meals while travelling. A combination Washing Machine and Dryer available to use - washing powder provided.

Canterbury Linen Services, who service local 5 Star Hotels, provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's 5-star hotel clean.

Very close to Hagley Park. Beautiful walking/running/biking tracks as well as Canterbury’s oldest golf course.

There is one 'on site' designated car park outside your door. The street also has 'free' carparking.
Whether it is a lime scooter, an uber or bus. There are plenty of options of transport in Christchurch. We have 2 bikes, and 2 E-scooters you can use.

Two bikes, including helmets, are available. Safety is paramount to us, please use these bikes safely and at your own risk.

Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

City Noise - Please note this is a city living Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2-hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availabili

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
