This property boasts a private and secure outdoor space, featuring inviting timber decking that seamlessly extends from the downstairs open-plan living and dining area.
As soon as you enter our townhouse, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa, smart TV, and plenty of natural light.
Looking out the ranch slider door you can enjoy the view of the outdoor courtyard and deck area, relax in the northwest sunny courtyard and listen to the beauty of nature.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, hob and Oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. A breakfast bar as well as a dining table to enjoy meals together.
Ground floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard. Plus an additional separate toilet
Upstairs (1st floor) has both bedrooms with Queen beds and Full bathrooms with Tiled shower, toilet and vanity.
Complete with 2 heat pumps for comfort.

The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
