Discover the East End of St. Croix! Relax in "Solitude" across the street from the beach. Walk to Goat Soup & Whiskey, Ziggy's Market & Bar, and Castaways Restaurant (get the pizza). Divi Carina Bay Resort & Casino is nearby for some casino action! The Buccaneer Beach & Golf Resort is a ten-minute drive! Pay to play golf and $35.00 a person over twelve years old for a day pass to use either The Grotto or Mermaid Beach fee includes a beach chair. Bring towels! Must purchase food and drink from the resort. Looking to play just nine holes or disc golf suitable for almost everyone? The Reef is the place to go! In the mood for an upscale restaurant on the water? Duggan's Reef is the place to be! Only open for dinner and is closed on Sundays. Solitude is a short drive to Christiansted's Boardwalk, restaurants, entertainment, and historic locations. Discover the easternmost point of the US at Point Udall. A scenic drive to Point Udall with stunning panoramic sea views. No admission to charge to Point Udall and the Millennium Monument, so spend as much time as you would like. You can make a day of it, you can hike down to Jack's and Isaac's Bays from a small parking lot below the monument for great snorkeling! Please be advised that cell phone service may not be available there and there are no stores. It is recommended you bring plenty of water, snacks, sun protection, and your snorkel gear if you want to head down to Jack's and Isacc's. Grapetree Hotel is another great spot to watch the ocean from their outside bar. The pool is available to outside guests for a fee of $10 per person children under 3 are free.

An excellent location and well kept house. The best market on the island is about 1 minute away, lots of good restaurants nearby, and and easy 10-15 minute drive to Christiansted. If we go back, we'd definitely stay here again.

The property was in great condition and the host Dean was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The only downsides were that the WiFi was very difficult to get signal, no tv to unwind with at the end of the night and the memory foam beds were very stiff leaving back and neck pain every morning and difficult to get a good nights sleep. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay.

Very nice place to stay right across from the beach. You can walk to Ziggy's (fun bar at a gas station) and Castaways (restaurant w live music). The home is quiet (think no roosters) and safe. Nice spot on the East End for vacation.
