Located on 40 manicured acres with an enormous pool and beautiful sandy beach, the swimming area is reef protected and safety roped off. It's a resort with tennis, a few golf holes, basketball, pingpong, etc. And a wonderful Beach Bar. B3 has new central AC and is beautifully updated with a king, queen and queen pull out, TV's in all bedrooms, a screened porch,patio, EVERYTHING! Sea Breeze is the ONE!
