The overall experience was good. There was a busted lock on the doors entering the building with hotel rooms, little worrisome but the room locknwas intact and very clean. Great place for an overnight stay for my grandson and I.

Good place to stay for the cost. Service and cleanliness were good. One issue in the fitness center was the E exercise bicycle was inoperable.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. We felt extremely unsafe and although the reception area was “passable”, our room was disgusting. There was an awful smell walking in and it stayed for the duration of the stay (1night). The fridge did not keep our things cold. The microwave was dirty with a bad smell. We were nervous about taking a shower because it just felt dirty. Walking up the ramp to our room, people were smoking right by the door and were rather creepy looking. This hotel appears to be the local “monthly rentals” for residents that may not be able to rent a standard apartment. The hotel offered breakfast and although we didn’t eat there because of the dirty aura the entire property had, I did need ice and the breakfast ladies were very sweet. The front desk attendant was short and gave vibes of a rather miserable tone. We stayed at Beat Western Plus in Waltham, MA and it was GORGEOUS; something went wrong in Morristown, TN. This hotel was not worth the $150/nt we paid. If I hadn’t been driving for 12 hours, we would have walked out and found another place to stay.

Overall, they stay here was okay. THE GOOD: - rooms were updated - bathrooms were nice and plenty room - staff was kind and attentive - a/c worked well - breakfast was pretty good - Balcony was nice bonus for morning ppl to sip their coffee THE INCONVENIENT: - hotel location itself was back out of the way and GPS did not pick up exact route, but easy to figure out using pinpoint on Maps - sheets smelled clean but needed a different fitted sheet bc it was stained but service staff was prompt and brought a new fitted sheet promptly. - TV did not work. You could turn it on but could not change channels at all or change volume with remote

Needs help

Run down hotel, had to ask twice to have overflowing trash at the entrance removed. Locks on outside doors didn't close properly. Found our room door lock was not working. Won't be stopping here again.

Nice Quiet Comfort for the Night

It was a very nice room, well decorated, with nice amenities and a very comfortable bed. The linens were in great shape, clean, with no stains and minor wear. The shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast was nice, with some variety. The room has a patio.

They had coffee and cookies for when you arrived. The rooms were clean and we stayed on the second floor and there was a balcony which to go out and sit. The Cracker Barrel was an easy walk for dinner. They had a breakfast with eggs, bacon, etc… and you could get cereal, toast, muffins, waffles and juice if you like. All in all, a nice place to stay.
