Purposefully remodeled we are one block from DT Chula Vista with 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms can comfortably sleep up to 9 people. We are animal lovers so we designed the house to be very pet friendly with a doggy door, an outdoor doggy shower to keep your furry family members clean easier, and furnished the house with pet friendly furniture. How has washer and dryer, all brand new LG appliances, mini split a/c in every room, a brand new tankless water heater for unlimited hot water, a newly built roof covered trex deck with natural gas fire pit you'll never have to buy propane. Home office space suitable for 2 to work simultaneously. And let's not for the location, 8 miles from the San Ysidro border and 8 miles from Gaslamp. Easy access to the 5, 805, & 54 fwys. 30 day minimum inquire for pet approval.

Perfect for us

We had to come to town last minute for a family loss. Host was awesome and let us check in same day. The space was beautifully decorated, layout was seriously perfect. We have 6 adults and a 6 month old baby. Trundle beds gave us plenty of sleeping space, and since we had to work the two desks upstairs came in very useful. We would definitely stay here again.
