Hereโ€™s the translation of your message: --- I asked to change rooms because of the smell of cigarette smoke, though I couldnโ€™t tell if it was coming from outside or inside the room. They said they would only allow me to switch once. While I was packing my things to move to the new room, the lights in the room suddenly went out. I asked if they should check if Iโ€™d finished packing before turning off the power, and they responded that itโ€™s hard for them to handle billing if they donโ€™t, and that they came to give me the key to the new room assuming the lights were off anyway. Then they grumbled, saying there wasnโ€™t a cigarette smell in my room. But compared to the other room, the smell was definitely stronger. Who would want to come all the way to Korea, stay in a hotel, and sleep in a room smelling like cigarettes? Especially when I have asthma, and being exposed to cigarette smoke or the smell of it can make me feel awful all day long. I also hate it when my clothes absorb the smell. In any case, they left me to pack my things in the dark, caring more about their own convenience than the guest's comfort. It really left a bad impression on me. That said, the shampoo and body wash here smell really nice. The bed is super comfortable, and I slept really well. Plus, the room supports OTT services like Netflix and TVing, which was great. The amenities are well-prepared, and thereโ€™s a buffet-style barley rice restaurant nearby that was absolutely delicious.
