Self service hotel

The Spa and pool are fantastic. The staff and service are excellent. The classic rooms are well maintained and very enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, though the hot food like eggs needs to be refreshed more often. Perhaps putting out lesser and more often. The receiption staff and bar staff were excellent and took time with every customer. The hotel really cares for it's customers.

We enjoyed our stay as the property was always very clean and offered a lovely breakfast and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We felt right at home. Looking forward to returning again. Thank you for taking good care of us Hotel Franziskaner.
