First room was dirty. Changed to second room. Door did not lock. Changing to third room was OK. Had to move luggage each time was extremely inconvenient. No breakfast, but hotel rate was high.

The property was decently close to cinncinati but the hotel smelled like weed and our ac was broke in the first room then the second room the tv didn't work. Should've been refunded.

Blah. This hotel was ok for what I needed but will never go for a vacation or refer anyone to go there from out of town. Opened the shower curtain and an old washcloth fell out. The sink stopper closed and wouldn’t open back.

My partner and I stayed at the Chester Inn and Suites for two nights while on a road trip. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. The hotel and room themselves were very clean and up-to-date. However, to no fault of the staff, their elevator was out of service the first night of our stay and we were placed on the 4th floor. This inconvenience was made worse by the fact that the hallways were unusually warm and the staircase was filled with trash and cardboard which smelled particularly bad. To note, this hotel also has a list of miscellaneous fees which are listed on the receipt upon check-in, including one if linens are soiled to an undisclosed extent which was a cause for concern for us. The staff were very kind and this is a decent property to stay at for a short duration.
