The hotel seemed new. The room was clean and well-furnished. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows and a nice comforter. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was the expected - eggs, sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit, bagels and lots of coffee. I would visit again.

I booked a non-refundable room before I read the reviews.(dumb, I know) After reading a few bad reviews, I was very nervous to see what kind of place this would be. Especially bringing my 2 kids there. But the hotel was FANTASTIC! The staff was so kind and helpful. The lobby, elevators, hallway and our room were all perfectly clean. We had no issues with noise or other occupants. We felt very safe and secure. Its hard for me to believe the accuracy of some of the reviews after having stayed there. Overall great experience.

The overall stay was a 10/10 but Jasmine and breakfast made it an 11/10. Breakfast was hot and fresh both days and we enjoyed it. Jasmine at the front desk both nights of our stay really made all the difference. She had the best attitude and was always smiling no matter what time of night it was! It was obvious she loves her job and serving guests. She was amazing!!!!!!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Kesha, the manager was incredible and even offered me snacks because I was checking out before breakfast was served. They were offering a special rate during the snowstorm for local hospital workers and I was so touched by the generosity!

Nice, clean room. Only one friendly staff member while we were there. Everyone else seemed to be bothered to be working. We requested a late check-out, but housekeeping continually banged on our door even with the privacy sign hanging on the handle. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 9:30. We went at 9 and there was hardly anything left and the girl mopping seemed annoyed that we were trying to eat breakfast during breakfast hours.

The location was convenient to where I needed to be. Breakfast was limited but good, fresh. I specifically chose this location b/c of indoor pool. Pool was closed due to “child accident “ earlier in the day.
