Very frustrating! After I reserved through Hotels.com the communication started coming about all of the things they needed, forms filled out, copy of license, a selfie! Lots of add ons, too-if you want early check in, pay $up front in case some little thing goes wrong (or a large deposit). No check in instructions until right before check in when we were given codes and a map, but our room number was not on the map. Spent 45 minutes wondering around looking for the unit. All for a 15 hour stay. No live human to help. Phone call with person in another state finally got to the bottom of it, but pretty much if a pain. Will stay away from this outfit, called Cozy Suites.
