Ended up having to stop here due to the major snowmageddon yesterday while traveling home from a vacation. Beds were comfortable Shawna at the front desk was super sweet. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. The kids enjoyed the waffles. They also had scrambled eggs, McMuffins, and sausage and yogurt and bagels. Breakfast attendant was a bit grumpy, but I saw people being quite rude to her so it may have been warranted. We didn’t use any other amenities. We just slept and ate breakfast then traveled slowly the rest of the way home.

I rarely leave reviews, but my stay here was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share. When I arrived, there was a dirty washcloth hanging over the showerhead, which immediately made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear the TV in the next room and anyone walking through the hallway. There was also a flashing light coming from a ceiling fixture that stayed on all day and night, making it difficult to sleep. When I asked the staff about it, they dismissed my concern and told me it was “normal,” which wasn’t reassuring. To top it off, I had a package delivered that Amazon confirmed was received at the front desk, but the hotel insisted they never received it. Overall, I gave this hotel one star only because zero wasn’t an option.

I will not stau anywhere else. After an experience i had last spring at a different hotal chain. I will never stay anywhere else. I will maintain my loyalty to fairfield inn and suites no matter what state Im in. Im grandchildren and my children enjoy when we stay here and we never have any problems

The staff at the front desk were wonderful, but the rooms were not cleaned well. There were stains on the mattress cover on the sleeper sofa, and also on a comforter and pillowcase. There was also mold and hair in the shower.
