The check in process did not go smoothly. Had to wait a half hour for a manager bc they couldn’t find a room for us. The rooms are ok..no refrigerator in rooms..no complimentary waters in the room..one trash can in the bathroom. Poor lighting in the rooms and very minimal furniture. Bedding is not comfortable.

booked at this hotel to use the rooftop bar. The bar was closed to a private event so they wouldn't refund anything. The hotel supervisor was rude and unprofessional. The rooms are hot and you can't adjust the temperature. There is no parking and u can't park in front of the hotel to unload luggage as the the valet will run you off.

The location is fabulous for sporting events for major leagues & even pretty easy for U of Cinci. Room is spacious. Lobby is fun & funky w/ cool bar and some complimentary options off to the side.

Clean room, amazing staff both the day and night crew! Lawrence, our bartender, and the lady that checked us in that night made the lounge area a great experience. A lot of laughs and good vibes. Definitely would stay again

They overcharged my stay. I called 4 times before speaking to a manager. The manager was like it will be fixed. No apology or sorry for your inconvenience. I was told multiple reasons to why I was overcharged. A week later and I had to file a dispute because they didn't even take the charge off my card. No matter how nice a hotel is customer service is important.
