The ground floor features a well-appointed kitchen and living room combination equipped with a mini-oven, oven, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table ideal for shared meals. A bathroom with WC is also located on this level. On the first upper floor, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with a double bed measuring 140 cm, as well as 2 additional bedrooms each containing 1 single bed measuring 80 cm. This floor also provides direct access to a terrace. The second upper floor hosts a fourth bedroom featuring 1 set of bunk beds with 80 cm width, accompanied by a shower and WC. This level also benefits from its own terrace access, offering beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, the resort, and the ocean.
