Beautiful old building in central Cirencester, tastefully decorated and with extremely well trained staff. We ate breakfast and our evening meal there and both were excellent in the lovely brasserie. The spa and gym were at the time closed for refurbishment, but it was only for one night so didn’t affect us. We had a lovely room with a Cathedral view with lots of space and good sized en-suite. Highly recommend-we’ll be back.

Very long distances to the rooms. All vehicle chargers broken. Overcrowded, especially at breakfast. Breakfast bacon hard and turned over on itself and cemented to itself. £35 steak tough - no information about how many days hung. Small bowls for cereal, small glasses for orange juice. Good variety of cereals at breakfast. Dining areas always very noisy - loud guffaws and very loud conversations. Guests at dinner in Bermuda shorts. Parking too far away from reception. Staff always helpful. Rooms lovely - large and well designed. Good design throughout hotel, especially pottery.

Close to attraction and v spacious cottage

Our stay was everything we had hoped for and more. The warmth and friendliness of the staff, the comfort and charm of the room, and the thoughtful attention to detail in every aspect, from the amenities to the exceptional food, came together perfectly to create an unforgettable experience. Our time in the Cotswold's was truly one of the most memorable trips of our lives, and we could not have asked for more.

The hotel does not have personnel in the front desk. They said they sent a code by mail. Well, never happened. A hotel needs a front desk, for many reasons. NEVER AGAIN
