Set on a peaceful gated estate, this freshly refurbished retreat blends comfort and calm, with floor-to-ceiling views, a premium hot tub, and the kind of sunsets that stop you mid-sentence. With three stylish en-suite bedrooms, an open-plan living space and direct lake access, this is a place to truly unwind - with everything you need to do very little, very well.

• Huge windows for lake views and natural light
• Smart TV, fast WiFi, and super-comfy lounge
• Modern, well-equipped, open plan kitchen
• Gated wrap around decking - ideal for dogs or little ones
• Premium Hot Springs hot tub with sunset views
• BBQ and dining table for alfresco dining
Guest Access:
• Full, private access to the lodge
• Secure, enclosed decking with lake access
• 2 private parking spaces right outside
• Use of 2 kayaks for you to use
• Access to our private Waters Edge estate

The village has great pubs, coffee stops and local shops, and you’re only 15 minutes from Cirencester for markets, dining, and a bit of Roman charm. Think nature on your doorstep, but everything you need close by.
Getting Around:
You’re well connected but nicely tucked away. A car is handy if you want to explore further, but we’re just off a main road with a nearby bus stop (route from Cheltenham to Swindon). Kemble station is about 15 minutes away with direct trains to London Paddington.
