Case Graziani is an ancient country house located in Città della Pieve, between Trasimeno Lake and Chiusi (Siena) and between Umbria and Tuscany, which disposes of many comfortable and spacious holiday apartments. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV and safe are just few of the comforts that you can enjoy during your stay in our accomodations. Our agriturismo offers different services such as large swimming pool with Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, fitness room, playground area and playroom for children. Our location, on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, is perfect to start many daily excursions to the most stunning villages in Umbria and Tuscany: Città della Pieve, Perugia, Assisi, Panicale, Castiglione del Lago, Chiusi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Arezzo, Siena.
Large holiday home on two levels, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and large living room with fireplace, accommodates up to 8 people. Limonaia 1 is one of the largest, most welcoming and functional houses of the Agriturismo Case Graziani where you can spend an unforgettable holiday in Umbria. The furniture is refined and comfortable, offering a special atmosphere, typical of the territory and of the history of Umbria and Tuscany. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, mini-stereo, telephone, internet, safe. The covered patio is equipped with tables and chairsand is perfect to enjoy the summer evenings. The apartment is part of an ancient building intended as winter shelter of lemon trees and flowers, the restoration has preserved the original architecture as much as possible, maintaining the typical construction with wooden beams and bricks.
Included: Hot and cold water, gas, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels (weekly change), swimming pool with jacuzzi (8×16 m, open from May to September), wi-fi, parking, barbecue area, playground for children and ping pong table, playroom for children with table football, fitness room, final cleanings.
Not included: Tourist tax 1,50 € per person for the first 5 nights (minimum 14 years old), cautionary deposit 200 € (in cash at arrival).
On request: Air conditioning 10 € per night, baby crib (including linen) 20 € per stay, Finnish sauna 10 € per person per hour (min 2 p., max 5 p.).
Late check-in and late check out: additional fee 50 €.
The swimming pool is open from may 1st to september 30th.
