Menorca paradise
We absolutely loved the location and state of the property. It was a great price for a well-appointed, beautiful home and pool near the water. We would love to return as we could not have found a cleaner, brighter, and lovelier property on the island for that price!

Lovely villa in quiet location
6 adults stayed in the villa comfortably. The villa is basic but very clean. The management team at Mauter Villas were excellent. Their communication was extremely good. We had a broken toaster which was replaced the same day. They were always available for advice.
The villa is a short taxi ride away from Cuitadella and there is also a bus stop very near by.

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful stay at the villa. We found it to be immaculate on our arrival and a small welcome pack was left for us which was a nice touch. We found the villa to more spacious than it looks in the images and the garden had a few extra items along with a better dining table than shown.
The beds were fantastic. It's very rare to stay in rented accommodation with such comfortable beds and it made a huge difference to our holiday.
The location is perfect, with Sa Caleta just minutes walk away. There is a lovely view of the sea and Mallorca from the balcony too.
We hired a car but you could quite easily stay there without one.
The villa company were very friendly and efficient, we only had reason to contact them to request a late check-out. This was an option for a small fee.
Al in all, we had a really lovely time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about staying in that area.
