Villa Agata is in an unbeatable location! The house sits right on the seafront, 10 minutes' walk from the shops, restaurants, children's play area and waterpark in the centre of Calan Forcat. This contemporary villa has superb sea views from inside on both levels and from your private pool. The resort's picturesque rocky cove and small sandy beach at Cala Picas are both within a short walk from the villa, with the larger beach at Calan Blanes being only 15 minutes' away. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, plus WiFi are included.

This impressive villa is in a superb front line location, 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Calan Forcat. A huge choice of shops, places to eat and drink, plus a children's play area and waterpark are all within a short walk along the main Strip. The island's old capital town of Ciutadella is nearby and well worth seeing, easily reached by car as well as local bus if you prefer not to drive.
