Large and spacious kitchen, very well equipped with a ceramic hob and direct access to the outside and the dining room. Living room with TV and Wifi, 2 bathrooms with showers.Ground floor, with access from the outside. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, another kitchen with a ceramic hob, but without the equipment of the main kitchen. Entrance with sofa and dining table. Laundry room with washing machine and drying area.Exterior: Covered BBQ area, large and pleasant, located next to the pool. Solarium with sun loungers and kidney-shaped pool. Outdoor shower next to the pool. Covered parking area for 3 cars.All bedrooms have fans.The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind.
