If a central location is important to you, it doesn't get much better than this! Villa Mares is a fresh and bright 4 bedroom villa set in an ideal location, within walking distance of the popular resort of Calan Forcat. The large private pool is surrounded by an attractive patio area with a large brick BBQ and shaded terrace - the perfect place for a spot of al fresco dining. WiFi, air conditioning in bedrooms and lounge as well as pool heating are included.

Villa Mares has a fantastic location in the sought after resort of Calan Forcat, just a few minutes walk from the centre of the resort. There are a choice of fabulous sandy beaches and coves in the area as well as a great selection of shops and places to eat. The islands old capital of Ciutadella is also just a short drive away.

Main pool: 10 x 5 mtr, 1.1 - 1.8 mtr depth

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
