This is old building very close to cruise terminal entrance by walk , The room look is clean with kitchen and dining table ,but I see some of mold on the shower room ceiling and I have cold night there because heater on top near the ceiling cannot radiate heat down on the room floor . I got trouble to communicate with host on the day when I arrive there has not body reception since my T-Mobile data phone have bad reception in Italy . I finally find one nice street man call for me to got the host open the door in to room. Host are nice person he explains around the area very detail.

Erwin and Francesca could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. Extremely helpful with directions. Food and snacks available at all times. A fully stocked kitchen if you felt like preparing your own meal. The bed was comfortable.

Erwin was very helpful snd communicated consistently. The room was comfortable and very clean. The address wad difficult to find after a long flight and train trip and we did not completely understand that there is absolutely no staff during the day or night.

The room was spacious and clean. Need to be able to handle stairs up to the room and up to the bedroom (spiral staricase) with bathroom on the main floor. Had to wash our own dishes with another guest, which questions the sanitary condition of the silverware. A dishwasher would be helpful.

The area around and the accomadations are very nice. The stairways to the door that is a common area does not reflect how nice it is inside. Super quite, perfect place to stay before cruise or if you’re just checking out the city.
