Gîte Tanins - CIVRAC EN MEDOC

In the heart of the Médoc region and its recent Regional Natural Park, between the ocean and the estuary, within a family-run wine estate whose vines are cultivated using organic farming methods, the Tanins cottage welcomes you for your vacation. You will stay approximately 2 kilometers from the village of Civrac Médoc, a small, typical village in the northern Médoc region. Housed in a former farmhouse, the cottage features a spacious and bright living room with a kitchen, dining area, and living room (sofa bed), a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living room. The latter opens onto a private terrace with garden furniture. The accommodation has certain features to accommodate guests with reduced mobility. Bed linens are included in the price. Towel rental and end-of-stay cleaning are available (fee-based services). Upon reservation, you can also enjoy the services of the shared wellness area with spa and sauna (fee-based services: €40 for 1 hour, €70 for 2 hours). The cottage is housed in a farmhouse that includes guest rooms, the estate's reception office, private areas, and a shared wellness area. A campervan parking area is also available on the property (right of way in front of the cottage entrance, area set back from the buildings). Exterior landscaping is currently being finalized. We would love to offer a tour of the estate, our cellars, and a tasting of our wines. Call to reserve. Two tours are available, Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Simple tour (approximately 30 min) and tasting of three wines or gourmet tour (duration 1 hour) by reservation (time slots: 10:30 a.m. or 2 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. or 5 p.m.) tour and tasting of five wines accompanied by a generous platter of cold meats/cheese Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, electricity and heating

A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a shower.
