This apartment, arranged on two floors, offers great comfort and is fully equipped for a pleasant stay. It includes two main rooms, a modern bathroom with a mosaic walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need, including equipment such as a blender, a toaster, a microwave and a croque-monsieur machine. A friendly dining area is located near a small cozy living room equipped with a TV. The spacious and bright bedroom includes a comfortable 140 cm bed with new bedding and a large wardrobe for storage. The apartment is air-conditioned and has a WiFi connection. A washing machine is available on request.
Claira is located in a green agricultural plain, characterized by vineyards, orchards and cultivated fields. The proximity to the Mediterranean Sea offers a pleasant Mediterranean climate, with hot and dry summers and mild winters. The village is also close to coastal ponds, including the Etang de Leucate, which is a popular birdwatching spot. Like many villages in Roussillon, has a strong Catalan identity. This is evident in its cultural heritage, local festivals and markets. Life is peaceful and residents enjoy a rural setting while being close to larger cities such as Perpignan, which is just a 15-minute drive away.
The apartment is ideally located close to a variety of shops. Claira is located approximately 10 km from the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, such as Le Barcarès or Torreilles. These seaside resorts attract lovers of swimming, water sports and relaxing by the sea. This allows locals and visitors to easily enjoy the sea while living in a quieter, rural setting. Although Claira is close to the sea, the Pyrenees mountains are not far away. About an hour's drive away are the foothills of the Pyrenees, offering many hiking opportunities, as well as ski resorts in the winter.
Rental is possible for a minimum of 5 nights during the months of July and August. The apartment is perfectly suited for a comfortable stay, whether as a couple or solo, with all the necessary facilities available for an enjoyable experience.
