Apartment was quiet and tastefully decorated. The whole apartment needs a lot of TLC. Broken blinds, broken kitchen light fixture with one operating bulb, mattress sinks in middle in back bedroom. Everything needs a upgrade. Towels were difficult to find. Had to contact owner. Same with extra TP. Hidden in a closet behind a big box. Also, wifi was difficult to find to sign into and keep on. It had very low reception. One of our phones couldn't even pick it up. Place was fine in a pinch. Had the basics. Just a bit rough.

The air conditioning does not work properly. Manager states he will work on fixing that. The furniture needs updating as it’s falling apart and hazard to someone getting hurt. The kitchen table top is not attached. The counters have tape all over them. The manager is very communicative. The neighbors had a party most of the night and kept us awake all night when we had to be up at 4:00. It’s a very busy loud neighborhood. Not in the best area either.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host! The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Everything we needed was readily available, which made our stay relaxing and stress-free.The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful from booking through checkout. Communication was clear and easy, and it was obvious they truly care about providing a great guest experience.The location was perfect, and the space felt welcoming the moment we arrived. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!Definitely will be booking again for future stays!

Little troble with check in, email had correct code. Host handled a broken AC unit with great care. He was apologetic and helped us find a solution, offered full refund, but was able to move us next day to another unit. Busy little area not visually appealing on the outside, but think trash day was while we were there. Plenty of parking.
