I do not have anything bad to say - It did not feel like I was in the hussle and bussle of the city. It had a gorgeous view; just a short walk to food, drinks, and entertainment and the staff could not have been more cordial. I had an awesome stay. Thank you!

It was my first time in Philadelphia and I honestly made the right choice. The hotel is walking distance from the city, from cute little shops, right next to Penn’s landing which made me feel like I had a lot more to do. The lobby was spacious, with live music, complimentary water, a bar, restaurant. The room was nice with a comfortable bed, nice view of the city. I will definitely be returning to this Hilton.

Hotel is in a great location on the river front, it has an easy parking garage, and is a nice Hilton property with great amenities. Somethings that prevented me from rating this hotel excellent was that our bathroom seemed to not be restocked once the previous guest had left... only 2 towels , no shower gel, or conditioner left in the bottles. When we called for these it took housekeeping awhile ( about 45 mins) to get these over to our room and we had to call twice (once to housekeeping & once to the front desk). The other thing would be the furniture in the room has not been taken care of, our closet was hanging off the door only by one hinge and the air in our room would not allow a constant fan. Overall I would stay here again because of the location, amenities, and the staff.

This hilton is in a prime location right on the water. Penns landing has so much going on in a good way. The front desk was fast and courteous offerring free water bottles each day as needed. The bar staff on the property were so kind and professional..the breakfast was ok and expensive. The downsides, parking is $53 a day for self park, too high! But what really brought the rating down was the elevator service or lack thereof. The hotel was very busy with lots of different group events along with the usual guests and all weekend maybe one or two elevators were available. Guests were waiting upwards of 15-20 minutes for elevators and because they were on higher floors and had luggage/kids etc were not in a position to walk down. This put a damper on the weekend as we had to take so much time trying to just leave the hotel or come back. I would still highly recommend this hotel otherwise.
