I was impressed with how quiet it was( you can't hear upstairs unit or next-door one's) it was clean and staff was friendly. Great breakfast options every morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is clean and conveniently on the highway with gas and dining options close by. Gateway Grill is highly recommended for quality of food and friendliness of staff.

For the price per night we were disappointed that the TV and phone weren't working. Also, the pool and pancake machine wasn't working either.

Good place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice and clean, and having a kitchen was very convenient for our family. We also liked the two-way access, which made it easy to get around. The on-site restaurant was excellent, with great food and a beautiful view. Highly recommend!

Wells Gray stay

Stayed for 4 nights and no real problems. Room was clean and spacious. Laundry room was a bonus too. Restaurant attached and the Hop and Hog nearby both very good. Shame pool not working but could use best western. A great base for Wells Gray Park.

The room was unbelievable! Clean, quiet and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was the lack of signage to get to the hotel but that was a minor problem. The food at the restaurant was very good and a large portion as well.

Another family walked into our room

The desk clerk made multiple room keys And ended up giving them to another family. They opened the door and walked in while our daughter was laying on the bed. Justin. The manager said he will approve the full refund from you. Can you please pay the refund as per how I paid. I’m waiting to hear back from someone at hotels.com as to when this will take place.

Decent stay

Room a good size with kitchen and patio. Pool was shut but had access to best western next door. Breakfast was good selection of hot and cold. Pancake machine was out of order but there were muffins, toast and bagels.

Over-priced

Way over priced. Didn't reduce the price even though the pool wasn't working. Bath faucet dripped. Patio rails were grimy and outside window dirty. Bathroom light switch in a very awkward place under a shelf. Generally under maintained.
