This rental unit is part of a larger home that includes the Owner’s Unit — a private section consisting of the owner’s bedroom and bathroom, laundry room, and garage. The Owner’s Unit is physically connected but completely private and separate, with no shared living spaces. Each unit has its own private entrance to ensure full privacy.
