At the 3 large bedrooms allow modularity. Each is equipped with a 140X190 90X190 3 beds and 1 sofa bed complete the equipment

Quiet and Pleasant

Nice break with my family in a quiet and pleasant environment. Enjoyed the games room and the beach nearby proved a great success. House was spacious and comfortable for the nine of us. Owner was away so dealt with his son who certainly made us feel happy and comfortable in the house. Highly recommend people to consider this property.

La maison est superbe!Très bien équipée, parfait pour 12 personnes. La salle de jeux, le jardin clos, le grand salon sont le petit plus de cette maison.La maison est à 400 mètres de la plage, l'endroit très calme. Grande maison bien placée et fonctionnelle

Superbe maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle, idéalement placée à 12 min de la magnifique plage des amiets ! Nous étions 6 adultes, 4 ados et 1 bb. La maison est très bien équipée, les salles de jeux sont extra pour les après-midis pluvieuses, et le matériel laissé à dispo permet d'agrémenter les vacances (vélo, paddle, caoné). La véranda offre un cadre de repos très lumineux et appréciable en Bretagne où il ne fait pas toujours beau et chaud ! Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire. Je recommande :-)

Ein tolles Haus nahe dem Meer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem großen, geräumigen Haus sehr genossen. Sehr gute Ausstattung, großer Garten, Spielzimmer mit Billard, Flipperautomat und Dartscheibe. Kajak, Fahrräder, Tischtennis. 2 große Terrassen, Wintergarten. Lediglich die Entfernung zum Meer bzw. nächstenStrand beträgt ca. 12-15Min Fußweg.

Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire dans une maison spacieuse, très agréable, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée pour passer un séjour agréable en famille. De plus la maison est équipée d'une superbe salle de jeux qui a fait le bonheur de tout le monde pour les moments ou la météo était capricieuse. La situation est idéale, à 5 minutes des superbes plages dont le surnom de Seychelles bretonnes n'est pas surfait. Adresse à recommander.

Maison avec les loisirs pour se détendre en vacances, sale de jeux exceptionnelle, jardin et terrasses propres et agréable pour se détendre, cuisine très bien équipé ce qui donne l'envie de cuisiner en famille, la mer à 2 minutes, le silence de la journée et du soir ou l'on entend le bruit des vagues.....endroit formidable...je conseil sans hésiter, et la région est rempli de belles cartes postales.

Très agréable et vaste maison , construite par un charpentier de marine dans les regles de l'art. Beaucoup d'espace pour se poser confortablement dans l'un des multiples canapés après une journée de marche , de plage ou de vélo. L'endroit est très calme.Cette maison se situe à quelques kilometres de Roscoff et de Saint-Pol-De-Léon( ne pas manquer sa très grande et belle librairie!) Acceuil sympahique et attentionné du maitre des lieux; Nous recommandons vivement cette grande maison de vacances . Isabelle et Pierre

un séjour très agréable

Découverte en juin d'une côte magnifique aux belles plages de sable et aux petites anses entourées de rochers dans une région essentiellement agricole et très peu touristique. A éviter si vous aimez l'ambiance de vacances animées, fortement conseillé si vous appréciez le calme et les grands espaces peu fréquentés. La plage des Amiets, immense, est particulièrement belle. Roscoff et Saint-Pol-de-Leon méritent qu'on s'y arrête.

Location au top !

Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille dans cette maison. Nous étions 2 couples + 5 jeunes de 15 à 25 ans et c’est l’endroit parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances. Location spacieuse, propre, fonctionnelle, il ne manque de rien. Le + pour nous fut la véranda (lumineuse et très agréable) et les jeux qui ont aussi bien occupés les jeunes que les moins jeunes. La maison est très bien située, au calme, proche de la plage et point de départ idéal pour des promenades. Le propriétaire est sympathique et l’accueil chaleureux. Le cadeau de bienvenue a été très apprécié. Nous recommandons cette location et nous gardons l’adresse.

Une semaine parfaite ! La maison est très bien placée et très bien équipée, le bord de mer est à 300m et les commerces proches. Le flipper a chauffé car il y a eu de nombreuses parties enflammées ;-) Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas plus de vaisselle pour cuisiner mais sinon rien à dire. On a beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du propriétaire, son accueil chaleureux et le super coffret d’arrivée ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Perfekt für größere Gruppen

Mit 7 Erwachsenen haben wir unseren Urlaub über Weihnachten und Silvester sehr genossen! Das Haus hat jede Menge Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Der Strand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich kann das Haus wirklich empfehlen und würde es wieder buchen!
