Place was nicely updated, could’ve been cleaner.. and the communication was pretty bad. Front door never locked.

Owner never gave check in instructions and we were unable to stay at property

We were coming into town for a wedding and we’re supposed to check in an hour before the rehearsal. I messaged the owner multiple times the day before got their phone number from VRBO and called multiple times. Even VRBO customer support tried to get in touch with them and they never returned any of our calls or messages. Left us in quite a pinch as we had to scramble and find a hotel room that cost us double what we would’ve paid for this property. Luckily VRBO processed a reimbursement, but I would never stay at a property owned by this individual after this experience.
Stayed 2 nights in Apr 2025
