(remote was not user friendly) Wifi-connection was not working. Breakfast was hot. Selection was good. Breakfast lobby and counters were clean.

Staff was friendly but hard to understand because they talk so fast. My room cards wouldn’t work and had to return to the front desk to get it fixed which they know there is an issue because we were td prior that the cards are sensitive and just come back to the front desk if they dont work. The drink machines only take dollar bills. Please update this

The hotel is extremely close to Playhouse Square! The staff was friendly, breakfast was above average for a Choice Hotel, and the room was comfortable. Parking was safe with an attendant. Great find.
