Love the Crown Plaza!

We stay at this Cleveland hotel when we have an early flight out of the CLE airport! They offer a free shuttle to the airport! The hotel is absolutely 5 star! Clean, beautiful rooms, awesome bar and restaurant! Lotoya, the bartender is soooo awesome! Such a pleasure to be served by her!!

I booked this place for several reasons including the gym. When I got there the gym was closed and could not be used. Elevators were broken. The heating system was stuck on 75 and when lowered the temp on the thermostat it would switch back to 75 which is too warm for sleeping. The heating system was very noisy (made loud noises all night long). The smoke/CO sensor has a very bright light flashing all night further making it difficult to sleep.

Great customer service and comfort

I had to make a quick detour to Cleveland for a family emergency and arrived at almost midnight. I reached out to the hotel and they had a friendly shuttle driver to me in 10 minutes. The room was clean and very comfortable with the best variety of pillows I’ve had in some time. (Very important!) The next day I again grabbed a last minute shuttle to my rental car. Super friendly staff. The only thing they could do better is COFFEE for the Keurig (my room had tea) or free coffee service in the lobby.

Room was very poor. Bathroom sink was lose and could easily mover around. Balcony door was warped to where you couldn’t lock it at all. You could clearly see in the room from the gap in the hall door if you peaked.

We paid in advance for a suite. When we got there, they did not have a suite and did not even apologize. We also had to wait at least a half hour for the regular room to be ready even though we got there after 5pm.
