The absolute worst “stay” I have ever had. Half of the curtains in the room were missing. I asked to be moved to a room with full curtains. I was moved to another room with no curtains. They allowed anyone to swim in the pool with or without a room. There were about 45 kids in the pool with only 3 adults in the pool area. Complained to the front desk because the kids/ teenagers in the pool were destroying the pool area, fighting, throwing each other into the pool. It was absolute chaos and nowhere you should ever bring your small children if you care about their safety at all. I checked in at 5 p.m. and checked out at 7 p.m. due to the absolute disgusting behavior of the others guests that the hotel would do nothing about. 0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Hotel would not issue a refund. Called 6 times to speak to a manager and was told every single time he was busy. Horrible management.

Had issues with room with ac and tv not working. The nice person at the counter moved us to another room. The 2nd room the tv worked but still no AC. We stayed and slept in that room because it was getting really late and didn't want to move our things again. Looks like a nice place and I'm sure this was just bad luck on our part.

Looks unwelcoming from the outside, but the staff was nice. The lobby and bar area looked “okay.” When we got up to our room it was very dark, even with every light on, it was very dark. The air conditioner fan squeaked when it was turned on. Just an “okay” overall.
