I will say the shower was hot and the room was clean. But, the whole reason why I chose to stay here was for the hot tub. Which was not working properly and did not get hot at all it was actually the same temperature as the pool if not slightly colder. Very disappointed ☹️

This property was great when it was a Doubletree. It has gone way downhill with new ownership. Their bags of garbage sitting next to garbage cans in the lobby area on the floors with the rooms, torn wallpaper a shower that is gross looking not clean. I asked for an extra blanket and was told it was in housekeeping no offered to get me an extra blanket.

When we arrived the door to our room was open it had not been shut all the way. When my husband showered there was yellow dust that appeared like dry urine all over the shower and there was very minimal hot water. Someone 2 doors down from us had a dog locked in their room for over 12 hours and the front desk was very nice and understanding but said there was nothing we could but but call the non emergent police line which we did. The front desk staff and bar staff were very nice. The room was very nice otherwise but quite dark even with lights on.

Room was very clean, microwave, and small fridge were spotless. The staff went over and above, I'm handicapped and use a power wheelchair, when I left we had a lot of snow the night before I left, there was ice and then snow, the maintenance crew brought my vehicle under the carport at the main entrance so I could safely load my chair on the lift and get in my vehicle. It's where I'll stay from now on for my visits to Cleveland Clinic Avon.

The room and staff were great, but the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance, and they were the only reason I booked the room that I did was so my kids, wife, and I could enjoy the after a 6 hour drive getting there.

Air quality heater worked hirribe either room got to hot or was feeezing and set at same temp Had surgery on hand joint replacement and was excited about oiol for therapy sunce i have been here since end if nov habent been able to be in pool its freezing.

I was very disappointed. I reserved a walk-in mobility shower and got a regular room instead. They did put me in a room with grab bars and a tub which I had trouble getting into and out of. When a walk-in mobility room is reserved they should uphold the reservation that was made.

We’ve stayed at this property many times as its changed management over the years and this was by far the worst. heat didn’t work and they couldn’t have someone fix it for us until the next morning and refused to move our room. during a snow storm. rooms were dirty. touching surfaces felt gritty. there was garbage from a previous guest between the bed and wall. very tiny soap. advantage was the pool. the pool was great. the towels at the pool are tiny though.
