I thought the room was wheelchair accessible but no handrails at toilet and no bath chair in shower. Impossible to use shower. Use of the toilet requires extra assistance and the fact it’s too low to floor.

Great Stay!!

Had appointment at Cleveland Clinic and hotel was conveniently located. The complimentary dinner and breakfast were quite a surprise and were excellent. Staff were tremendous and hotel was very comfortable. Will stay there again if we are back in that area. Would highly recommend you give this hotel a chance if you area staying in the Cleveland area.

Our stay was more than pleasant. The crew & service was exemplary. The reception & breakfast was extremely good & exceeded our expectation. I highly commend everyone for the warm welcome especially to the lady who served my daughter with a Shirley Temple drink. She was ecstatic! You truly made her birthday special despite the severe weather. Highly recommended!

We are never disappointed with a Drury property. The cocktail hour is so fun and such a cool perk. Breakfast is delicious, hot, and a great selection! Front staff is respectful, courteous, attentive. The property is clean, modern and comfortable. We will ALWAYS stay at a Drury, if one is available at the destination.

The bathroom was not clean still had soap stains from whom ever stayed last. Hot-tub had dirty foam floating around and one of the guest stated it is always that way. Overall relaxing and quiet. That was out intent to get away from the fireworks and gun shots for the New Year.
