Excellent condition and amazing service

I was very happy with this stay. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained/modern. While it wasn't cheap, I was very happy with all the amenities, and I think maybe I paid a premium for a busy travel weekend. Also, free pop in the lobby! The staff offered us plates for or pizza (which was very nice). Very family friendly.

We loved that every evening, my kids could get free popcorn and drinks from the lounge. The hotel was well-maintained and kept. We had an incident with our daughter's retainer getting thrown away by housekeeping while we were out of the room. The evening front desk wasn't very helpful when I called down, but the manager I spoke with the next day was, and refunded us a night to offset the cost to replace the retainer. We will be in this area every 3-4 months for medical appointments and would stay here again.

The bed was really comfortable and everything was super clean. The night snacks and morning breakfast make things a lot easier and everything was delicious. Lots of children enjoying the pool.

I liked everything about the property. from the staff to the extras that were included; (i.e.) breakfast; dinner and drinks and the bar. What I did not like was the fact that they do not put liners in the trash cans. I asked about it and was told they do not put liners in the trash cans. THAT IS NASTY! Otherwise, it was a perfect experience!!!

We really liked our room and were surprised by the great breakfast buffet and the cocktails and dinner buffet. I had wished the facility had maps of the area and a map of Cleveland. Our only real concern was the pool and hot tub. Both were very cloudy. No one supervised the area and I was concerned that the young children would be seriously hurt due to diving and very rough play in both the pool and hot tub. Young babies in diapers were in the very hot tub. I was worried they would be burned. The Ohio State law on hot tubs and children should be posted.

10/10. This will be my go to hotel anytime I’m in Cleveland. It’s literally behind a cooper hawk and across the street from a shopping center. Beachwood mall is 8 minute drive away. It’s safe and convenient!
