There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. Front desk staff was only available during check in and check out. Our towels were dirty(apparently I cannot upload photos). We just wanted to get out of there ASAP

There was music that went on in the early hours of the morning, It did not stop whatsoever. It was the same music over and over, almost as though it was piped in. The curtains were broken and falling apart, could not close them at the top. There were minimal towels and there were holes in the bathroom ceiling. There was not a hairdryer in the room. The room was very dated and the hotel seemed to be neglected and abandoned. The street was torn up, as well as the parking lot. The location was perfect for us.

Parking lot was run-down and next to an abandoned building. Area as a whole felt very unsafe. Management obviously felt the same way given the thick glass barrier in the lobby separating the customers from the attendant. Hotel and room reeked of marijuana and tobacco. Mini fridge did not work in the room did not work.

The property did not match what was pictured on the internet. The lobby was empty with the desk behind a bullet proof window. The only staff member spoke to us through a speaker. Honestly, I couldn’t sleep, thinking that I was in danger. The room was dirty; shelf ripped off the bathroom wall and tossed under the sink; carpet had not been vacuumed in a while. We were exhausted after a long drive, but should have driven on and skipped this overnight.

Absolutely disgusting! It was so gross. I left a half hour later. It was not clean, and there were ginormous burn holes through the carpet, mold on the ceiling, it smelled horrific, it was dirty in every inch of the room and honestly, I almost threw up! So needless to say, I checked in and then checked out 30 minutes later

Exactly what we needed

My child and i had to travel to cleveland for a rollerderby tournament. We chose this location for its proximity to the venue as well as the price. The hotel, and parking lot itself is clean and orderly, just a little run down. The staff was friendly. We were only there to sleep, we didn't need or ask for anything extra, so not sure how accommodating they are. There are signs that no smoking (including Marijuana) is allowed, but it permeated the hallway, and i could smell it in my room. Not a complaint, just a heads up if that bothers you. Over all we had a good nights sleep before a tournament and thats all we needed.
