Great stay!

My stay was great! The hotel staff were great and very accomodating. The shuttle driver Richard was super nice and a pleasure to talk with. The hotel was under construction during our stay but they still were so inviting. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience of the construction. Overall good stay.

It is in rough shape inside. The tiles in the bathroom were coming loose and would shift when you walked on them. The shower was not cleaned, lots of hair in it. The heater in the room smelt like it was burning dust when we turned the heat to 72 degrees.

We had a really good stay here and was perfect for our early morning flight out of the airport. The staff was amazing and helped make sure that we had transportation to and from the airport, which was on time and very courteous. The low 3 stars on the property condition was only because the property was under construction and the lobby was closed. Once the renovations are completed, this would be back to a five star review

The ladies at check in we very nice and friendly. 3 great gals. What a nice welcoming, even with all the construction. Dominique in the bar/temporary dining room is a true GEM! Great personality and a real people person!! Give her a raise!! Getting to the hotel is difficult, even for locals. Room was good, new carpet and upgrade on cabinets in bathroom, however the tub could have used refacing. Great towels!!! NO BODY LOTION,, empty. The morning staff both for breakfast and check out need courtesy skills and knowledge to be friendly.

Less than advertised

The hotel was under construction and majority of amenities were not available, including the restaurant and gym and pool. It would have been helpful to know this before booking. Price to stay was not altered in any way despite absent amenities and conditions. There was plaster dust everywhere despite efforts to contain with plastic covering work sites. Signage was non existent and there were no maps or information sheets in the room to share alternatives for places to dine. Only one elevator was operational. Ice maker was broken. On the bright side, the room was well appointed and recently renovated. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying and woman at the makeshift lobby where we checked out was lovely. The crew working were up early sanding walkways in the parking lot to keep up with the snow.

How bout some compensation for shoddy service.

Lobby and restaurant not available under construction. So no dinner when we arrived. Breakfast not ready at 7 am as advertised and told to us by employees . Still had to pay full price for half price service. Will not stay here again and I’m getting tired of Hotel .com not having our backs when we the customers have issues. You both can be replaced.

This may sound crazy, but the crew there was so welcoming, and friendly! It was just the kind of service you dont see anymore! AND, I am a pillow snob and typically travel with my own pillow, which I forgot this time. The pillows were soft and luxurious. AND they had live music in the evening! My husband and I loved this visit! GREAT job Hilton!
