The hotel was conveniently located and comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly. My only complaint had to do with the parking gate not recognizing our vehicle and having to go in and ask the staff to raise the gate each time we left the property.

The room was adequately cleaned when we got there. No service after one night. If towels are to be used again, at least provide adequate space to hang them!! The Kerig Coffee machine didn't work. We were told someone would check on it. That never happened.

Parking is advertised as free, yet you are charged $20/day. Breakfast is not free, daily charge for that as well. No 24 hour coffee in the lobby, it was broken. Hot Tub was out of order. Pool looked dirty. No safe in the room or even at the front desk. Bums come inside and take free coffee from the charger breakfast area.... Glad we pay for that. For a a Hilton hotel, not up to a Hilton name in my opinion.
