The biggest issue i have was how dirty our room was and the broken furniture! I attempted multiple times to get compensation and im still waiting!

The rooms were not the cleanest or nicest and the pool area was riddled with dirt and grime. The hot tub had dark brown debris floating across the top and was too bubbly. It kind of ruined the experience for us.

1st room dog hair everywhere carpet ,sink etc.. 2nd room was told it was one of their best rooms...toilet kept running then just overflowed water everywhere...Condomn on right side of the floor by the bed. So that tells me vacumming these rooms isnt being done. They moved me 2x within a 3day stay.

Last leg of a 3000 mile trip cross country

Old and run down. Safe enough to stay overnight but we sure wondered. We didnt know the area and the car did not get broken into. Beds were nice, sheets were clean. And they gave individual bottles of travel shampoo.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The first room I was given was filthy and completely outdated. After I complained, they switched me to another room, which was slightly better—but still far from acceptable. The shower wall in the second room was covered in hair from previous guests, which was incredibly unhygienic and disgusting. The sheets were stained, and the furniture looked dirty and worn. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and disappointing experience.

You can tell they've redone the lobby so it looks nicer but the rest of the hotel is pretty drab. When you got off the elevator it was like they were using an air freshener to cover up musty smell. The hot tub wasn't very warm and the Jets were aggressive. The pool was cold but the room was cheap. So this isn't a complaint. Just what we experience experienced.

The pool and hot tub were gross. The hot tub had floating brown stuff all in it. There was dirt on the floor in the room, a huge stain going down the side of the nightstand and dust throughout

Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Some aspects were a little dated, i.e. no charging ports on bedside stands. Only real negative was the hallway carpets, which really need to be replaced. Badly stained and not pleasant.

Okay

I was only there for one night so I didn’t bring it to the front desks attention, but the room could’ve been cleaner. There were odd stains on the dresser, cobwebs in the corners, paint peeling off the wall and some odd stains there too. Also right as we were about to leave, I noticed a french fry under the desk and me nor my friend had fries during our stay. We didn’t swim in the pool because there was a child’s birthday party so there were just way too many people but I know that’s not the hotels fault.
