It was ok for the price

I was ok for the most part. But housekeeping never came on our second day so we had no clean towels. When I went to the front desk they told me they were fully booked and had no clean towels. Eventually the front desk called the housekeeping manager for the code to open the room that had the towels and eventually we got towels. However when I got my towels one of them was all stained.

The bed was comfy and the shower was hot....

...but if you want anything more from this budget hotel, then you should probably look elsewhere. The front of the building looks like it does in the photo but my room certainly didn't look like the room photo displayed. Everything worked but I really didn't want to touch anything and I think the 1 x hanger to put your clothes on must be a record in all my years of travel. There are a few conveniences nearby including the gas station, but note that the bars in the Crowne Plaza and Courtyard both close at 10 if you need a drink, as Quality Inn has no bar. Basic hot breakfast provided but nothing swanky. I guess you get what you pay for.

Great value!

My hotel room was clean and comfortable. Considering what the hotel rates are, the breakfast is more than adequate. Overall, I’d have no problem recommending this hotel to friends and family… it’s a great value!

Outside Walk-In Worth the $

We were pleasantly surprised at the renewed life that’s been given this outside, walk-in motel style stay. Newer flooring, repainted but carefully done bathtub, clean bedding (w a little staining at the end of the duvet), etc.

This place needs condemned!! It was filthy! There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, an inch of dust on the furniture, pubic hairs in the bathroom, the black out drapes had holes and the floir was sticky. All of this was bought to the manager on duty. Z they offered another room but on the second floor. We couldn't not take it due to a handicap. We asked for extra pillows and recieved them 24 hours later! Place is horrible! We have pictures of all this!!

I must say that after reading the reviews on the hotel i was a bit skepticsl aboit the cleanliness of the property. But, to my surprise the room and the property were clean and tidy. The front desk girl Amina was super friendly and also let me have a look at the room before the check in because i was hesitant. Overall it was clean and convenient

TV remote didn't work, went to office and got new remote and batteries, still didn't work. Turned tv on by button on tv and had awful time with tv keep switching to SD card and back to tv. Couldn't get the buttons on the side of the tv to control it. Only one ice machine between two building, very inconvenient, old school heater in room, hate the outside doors, many things in room rusty and run down, outside near room ghetto signs saying pool closed and the whole area looked awful, just really disappointed in many things with this hotel. I paid $35 more for this room than what I could have got that had similar ratings and shouldn't have changed.

We normally enjoy this hotel. The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. However, last nights stay was a bit different. We had stayed at this hotel a few months ago and actually ended up with the same exact room this time. I had noticed back in February that there was something spilled on the back of the bathroom door. It actually was still there last night! After 2 1/2 months, that door had not been touched. So I looked more closely, and it actually looked like the whole entire area behind the bathroom door was quite messy. I hope the staff pays a little better attention to the cleaning. If I can see the dirt and spills, it makes me wonder what else is not getting cleaned.

The property looks old, needs to be refurbished starting with the parking lot which needs to be repaved and restriped. The best thing this property has going for it is its convenience to the airport and major highway. The front desk staff could make a better effort in accomodating the guests instead of just saying no.
