Hotel was okay but nowhere I would want to stay again. Room was dirty, blanket had a stain, there was a child’s toothbrush just on the floor. Microwave wasn’t and couldn’t be plugged in where they put it. Fridge was iced over and barely worked. Beds were soft. Shower didn’t stay warm, you couldn’t use the bath at all. Toilet had a strong flow. Breakfast was okay. Warm food was a nice surprise. Orange juice was foul.

The beds were not made, the comforters had stains, the pillows were uncomfortable. The towere never replaced. We had to get our towels from the front desk. The sink was leaking and the bathroom was old.

Checked in with very kind person at the counter, unfortunately from there it went downhill. First room key would not work, went bak to the office got another room, opened door and the room had not been cleaned from previous occupant. Third room ok, but wow would not stay.. again or recommend. Breakfast next morning milk was sour and I don't know what the OJ was.

Never stay at this place. I was planning to stay only for 1 night with 2 little children. When I came to the hotel and saw the room I was very disappointed and couldn’t stay there, even thore it was midnight I decided to find another place. The conditions of the room was very upsetting, it was very dirty, smells terribly, I just couldn’t stay even 1 night. Right a way I talked with lady form the reception, Tania and said that I can’t stay with this quality of the room with children and would like to cancel my reservation. It’s not that o didn’t show up or something. The pictures on the ad was done many years ago and didn’t show you real condition of the hotel. Tania was confirming me that it’s not a problem, she will confirm the cancellation with supervisor tomorrow morning. Expedia as a provider of the information was not helpful in negotiating the issue. If you don’t to be very upset and destroy your vacation never stop at this hotel

first i notice none of the 10 room front desk gave me and showed me around were clean she took pictures and i was so upset because of a 6 hour ride she told me shell ha e somone clean the room And then i notice my sheets blood stains like if they didn't change the sheets no one showed i went back downstairs and asked for sheets the next day no one new about my room Problem no one came to clean the dirty room my husband took walmart get bleach and saop becouse bathroom wasnt clean at all the bathrooms had hair soap in The tub mold and mildew went down stairs to tell them its like if didnt care about nothings i had to get on My hands and knees and clean this hotel room i was on my vacation the worst experience this would never happened if it was in my hotel the housekeepers dont show up to work and what they do is redue the dirty beds then lady said they were short staffed that couldn't clean really good because of no housekeepers want to clean for 12 dollars hour no came to roo. Service so we was there for 2 weeks we had the same towels for 5 day straight and the bed sheets for 2 week the never came and no room Service at all i will never stay here at all

The staff was friendly. The room wasn't the greatest. The floor did not appear to have been swept. There were dead bugs on the floor. The shower curtain was dirty. There was hair in the shower. It just wasn't cleaned good at all.

The pictures are soooo MISLEADING. This place is not well maintained and not clean. I’m ok with old and not updated, but I’m not ok with filthy. Room smelled moldy and like an ash tray. Spill by bed that I cleaned up myself and sticky floor. Toilet was USED, dirty, and had toilet paper in it. Bathroom door was spattered with “something” and didn’t close. Slimy bathroom doorknob. Something running down the bathroom wall. I didn’t even touch the beds. We reserved 2 rooms and the 2nd was bad, but not as bad as ours. Unfortunately we had plans after check in and couldn’t leave until we returned later that night. Checked out near midnight and went somewhere else.

The floors had not been cleaned. There were dust bunnies, chunks of mud from shoes and food on the floor. I didn't notice it immediately when I checked in because it was dark and I had a hard time finding lights. Once I took off my shoes, I could feel it on my bare feet. Bed and linens were clean so that is what mattered most, but limited rooms available in this area when I checked in so didn't have a lot of options.

Not sure what was going on in town but our hotel options were pretty limited. This is an older hotel, with rooms that open directly to the outside. It's been updated but could use some more TLC - light switches, for example, were terribly grimy. Some mildew in the showers, worn caulking, etc. Nothing terrible (hence the decent rating) but if you're a stickler for a clean room, this isn't your place. I thought it was good for the price we paid - if I wanted a nicer room I would have had to pay a lot more.
